Our team of experienced staff is committed to making your buying experience a simple and pleasant one, from payment to delivery of your purchases anywhere around the world.

Invoices and Statements

Immediately following the sale, if you are the successful bidder and buyer of a Lot, the Post Sale Service team will send you an invoice and shipping quote based on your pre-sale preferences. The final amount due includes the hammer price, the buyer’s premium, any applicable state or local sales taxes, and shipping and handling charges unless we have received other instructions. This will be accompanied by payment instructions.

Payment

Please note that for live auctions, payment is due within seven days of the auction, and for all online-only auctions and immediate purchase, payment is due immediately following the auction via online checkout, regardless of any intention to obtain an export or import license or other permit for such lot. Pursuant to our internal compliance regulations, Gorgeov's does not accept payments from third parties from an individual or organization that is not the winning bidder. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and for most purchases you can pay online up to a limit of EUR 100,000 or less. A processing fee will apply for payment by credit card. For purchases over this threshold, bank transfer is the easiest way to pay.

If you are a new client bidding online in our Online Only Sale for the first time, as a security measure you will be required to pay for your lots by wire transfer only. This is our standard policy for all new online buyers.

Delivery

We can help you arrange packing and shipping or you can use your own carrier. Gorgeov's offers a full range of services for our clients, this includes collection, packaging and arranging for shipping and transit insurance worldwide. Please note that postage and packaging costs are not included in the purchase price, and that the purchaser will need to pay extra for these. In addition be aware that if you are shipping goods from one country to another, shipping charges, taxes and import duties may apply.
